CAP Rate Calculators

We have developed the following calculators so you can determine the CAP rate of your property.

  • Rate is the percentage of return you would like to achieve on a particular
    investment.
  • Value is the purchase price of a property or what the property is worth
    given the rate of return you would like to achieve.
  • Income is the rent or lease value you receive from the property (For a more accurate rate of return you should use Net Operating Income, which is your income after Vacancy Loss and all operating expenses).
